These Terms of Purchase (“Agreement”) outline the conditions under which you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Student”) purchase and participate in any digital products, online courses, or services offered by Lisa Duck / Digitally Direct (“Provider,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1. What’s Included
Your purchase may include access to one or more of the following:
- Self-paced online courses
- Digital downloads, templates, or guides
- Live or recorded trainings
- Group or one-on-one coaching sessions (where applicable)
Each product description will outline what is included with your purchase. You are responsible for reviewing that information before completing your order.
2. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan option is provided.
If a payment plan is offered, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for all scheduled payments until the balance is paid in full. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or removal of access to the product or service.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to lack of use, change of mind, or failure to access materials.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through our products, courses, or services — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, and training guides — are the exclusive property of Digitally Direct / Lisa Duck.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, sell, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise make available any materials without express written consent from the Provider.
5. Lifetime Access
Where “lifetime access” is stated, it refers to the lifetime of the product or course as offered by the Provider. If a course or product is discontinued, you will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to download materials where applicable.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the purchased materials for personal or educational purposes only.
- Make timely and complete payments.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Take full responsibility for implementing what you learn.
7. Coaching Session Policy
If your purchase includes live 1:1 coaching sessions or a Done-With-You experience, all sessions must be booked and completed within 6 weeks of purchase unless otherwise noted. This time frame is designed to support consistent progress and accountability.
After the 6-week window, any unused sessions expire and cannot be carried over, refunded, or transferred to another program. Some exceptions apply, please email at hello@lisaduck.com if you have questions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees of results or income. Your success depends on your own effort, business strategy, and other factors outside our control.
Under no circumstances shall the Provider be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, courses, or services.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized sharing, misuse, or failure to complete payment.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
