Haunted Guacamole

The pumpkin puking guac is always a party hit!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp Epicure Guacamole Dip Mix
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1–2 tbsp water (optional, for creamier texture)
  • Tortilla chips for serving
  • 1 carved pumpkin (cleaned out, jack-o-lantern style)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash avocados until smooth.
  2. Stir in Epicure Guacamole Mix, lime juice, and water (if using).
  3. Place your jack-o-lantern on a serving tray, then spoon guacamole so it “pours” from the pumpkin’s mouth.
  4. Surround with tortilla chips and dig in — if you dare! 👻

Ghoulish Ghost Pizza

A spooky twist on a family pizza night!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tbsp Epicure Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus a few slices of mozzarella for ghosts)
  • Black olives and green olives (for eyes, mouths, and spiders)

Directions:

  1. Serve your boo-tiful pizza hot!
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a pan.
  3. Prepare Marinara: whisk Epicure Marinara Mix with crushed tomatoes, heat until warmed through. Spread sauce over pizza dough. Freeze leftover sauce for future use.
  4. Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes (use a cookie cutter or freehand with scissors). Place on pizza.
  5. Use olive pieces for ghost eyes and mouths. Arrange sliced olives into spider shapes.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
