Epicure is Good Food Real Results™️
As Ambassadors, we can help our customers embrace a 365-day-a-year Epicure lifestyle by showing them how easy it is to cook healthier meals for themselves and their families. There’s no need to wait for the next Epic Life Challenge—this is something we can share anytime!
As our founder, Sylvie Rochette, often reminds us: If you want to be healthy, you have to cook. With Epicure, we provide the tools and solutions to help customers create quick, easy, and deliciously healthy meals in 20 minutes or less.
Our products cater to a variety of dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, ensuring there’s something beneficial for everyone. The Good Food Real Results™️ guide simplifies the science with its Four Pillars, making it easy to understand and implement a healthier lifestyle.
Let’s lead by example by layering in our own Healthy Habits and sharing how we’re living our #EpicLife. When we show what’s possible, we inspire others to take their first steps toward healthier living.

Share with authenticity: Share your personal experiences with the products/program. What results have you seen? How has it impacted your life? People connect with genuine stories, so let your personality shine through. Don’t be afraid to be yourself!
Don’t Copy and Paste: Avoid simply copying and pasting content from the company or other ambassadors. While sharing official content is good, always add your own unique spin. Write your own captions, share your own photos, and create your own videos. This will make your posts more engaging and authentic
Create Your Own Content: Think beyond just sharing product photos. Create valuable content that educates, entertains, or inspires your audience. This could include:
- Tips for staying motivated on a health journey
- Recipe videos or photos using the products
- Workout tips or routines
- Behind-the-scenes glimpses into your healthy lifestyle
- Testimonial videos from satisfied customers
Perfecting the Convos
Outside of Social Media
Email & Text Marketing: Use email and text marketing to nurture leads and stay in touch with customers. Send personalized messages, share valuable content (like recipes or workout tips), and offer exclusive promotions. Remember to obtain proper consent before sending marketing messages.
1:1 Conversations: Building strong relationships is key to success in direct sales. Focus on having genuine conversations with potential customers. Listen to their needs, ask questions, and offer solutions. Be a consultant, not just a salesperson. Some Conversation Starters include:
- “I’m hosting a virtual workshop on [topic] next week. I thought you might be interested in joining.
- “I noticed you mentioned you’re interested in [health goal]. I’ve been using these products and have seen great results with [specific benefit]. Would you be open to hearing more?”
- “I’m so passionate about helping people achieve their health goals. What are some of your biggest challenges right now?”
How can you start these 1:1 conversations?: Create engaging posts on Social Media that get people talking, then authentically take the conversation into the DM’s or offline.
